Gas Line Solution specializes in the custom design, fabrication, and commissioning of high-pressure gas cylinder cascades for industrial, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and research applications.

A gas cylinder cascade is a group of high-pressure cylinders interconnected through a manifold system, allowing for continuous, regulated gas supply to downstream processes. Our cascades are designed to PESO regulations and fabricated using SS 316L, brass, and copper components of the highest quality.

Our experienced engineers handle everything from initial design and engineering calculations through to fabrication, third-party inspection, and final commissioning at your facility.

Vertical Quad

Vertical Cylinder Quad

The vertical cylinder quad is the standard configuration for cylinder count up to 16 cylinders. Cylinders stand upright in a solid alloy steel cage, maximising packing density while allowing easy access for cylinder swaps.

Horizontal Quad

Horizontal Cylinder Quad

The horizontal cascade is designed for higher cylinder counts (20 or more) and trailer-mounted configurations. Cylinders lie horizontally in a heavy-duty structural frame, enabling skid-mounted or vehicle-mounted gas supply at any site location.

Cascade Trailer

Hydrogen Cascade Trailer

We fabricate complete hydrogen cascade trailer assemblies for bulk hydrogen delivery and storage at remote sites. The trailer-mounted horizontal cascade can be disconnected and left on-site as a temporary storage and supply vessel.
