PESO-Certified Hydrostatic Testing of Gas Cylinders
Gas Line Solution is a PESO-approved testing facility for hydrostatic (hydro) testing of high-pressure gas cylinders. As per Indian statutory requirements, compressed gas cylinders must undergo periodic hydrostatic testing to verify structural integrity before continued use.
We conduct volumetric expansion testing using the water jacket method, which measures total and permanent expansion of cylinders under test pressure — typically 5/3 of the working pressure. This is the mandated method under Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016.
Our facility at GIDC Dahej-II handles cylinders of various sizes, capacities, and gas types including CNG, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, and specialty gases. All tests are performed by trained and certified personnel with proper documentation and test certificates issued as per PESO norms.
