Our Hydrogen Pressure Reducing Stations (also known as Hydrogen PRS or H₂ Reducing Stations) are custom-engineered systems designed to step down high-pressure hydrogen from storage cylinders or cascades to the safe working pressures required by downstream processes — typically from 200–300 bar down to 1–50 bar or lower.
The station integrates a primary pressure regulator, secondary stage regulator, safety relief valves, non-return valves, pressure gauges, and isolation ball valves — all assembled in a compact skid or wall-mounted enclosure. Materials are selected for hydrogen compatibility to prevent embrittlement and ensure long-term integrity.
The Hydrogen Cascade Trailer is a complete, mobile, high-pressure hydrogen storage and delivery system mounted on a road-going trailer or skid frame. It consists of a large number of horizontal high-pressure cylinders (typically 40 to 200+) assembled in a structural alloy steel frame with integral manifold, discharge regulation, safety relief valves, and site connection points.
The trailer can be parked at the customer's site and used as a temporary bulk hydrogen storage vessel, eliminating the need for a permanent on-site storage tank for smaller or intermittent H₂ consumers. Applicable equally for oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and compressed natural gas delivery.
